While we continue to navigate and respond to current events, Stylish Steps LLC is committed to making the safety of our employees and community of customers a top priority. As we fulfill orders and process returns at our warehouse, increased safety precautions are being taken at every step, and we are doing everything we can to get your orders and refunds to you as quickly as possible. That said, due to the impact of COVID-19 on our fulfillment center—and on shipping carriers nationwide—we anticipate that both order and return processing may take longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.


ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (e.g., in the case of pre-orders or backorders).


WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses at this time.


SHIPPING COSTS

Stylish Steps LLC offers USPS or UPS shipping on all orders.
Orders over $99.00 (within the Continental U.S.) qualify for $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping.

For orders under $98.99 or outside the continental U.S., standard USPS or UPS shipping rates apply (5–7 business day transit). No handling fee or service charge is added to shipping fees.

To qualify for $4.99 flat-rate shipping, the subtotal must be $99.00 after discounts and before tax and shipping.

Note: Expedited shipping is only available within the contiguous U.S. Due to ongoing UPS delays, 2-day and 3-day expedited shipping are not guaranteed and are currently not offered.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If the shipper attempts delivery or provides a pickup location, you are responsible for arranging pickup or redelivery.
If the shipment is returned to Stylish Steps LLC, you will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping fees

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable)


INCORRECT ADDRESS

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is correct. If the order is undeliverable due to an address error:

  • If returned to Stylish Steps LLC, we may either:
    a) Refund the product cost (excluding shipping), or
    b) Reship it for an additional shipping fee

  • If the package is not returned or becomes lost due to an address error, Stylish Steps LLC is not liable, and no refund will be issued.


TAXES

Applicable sales tax will be charged on the merchandise total where required by law.
Taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination and shown on the Order Summary page.


RETURN POLICY

Non-Returnable Items

  • Open or used products

  • Trial/travel-size products (2 oz or less)

  • Used accessories (e.g., combs, brushes, clips, bonnets, etc.)

  • Open supplements (e.g., vitamins, teas, gummies)

  • Clearance/final sale products (as noted on product pages)

Standard Returns

Footwear and accessories are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging with all tags

  • Undamaged upon return

Used products returned without prior approval will not be refunded or credited. We will only return them back to you at your expense.

Footwear

Shoes, boots, sandals, and other footwear must be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and unused.
Refunds will exclude original and return shipping costs.


GIFTS

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item.


SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS

Stylish Steps LLC uses USPS for returns. Return shipping fees are not refundable.


HOW TO RETURN (U.S. ONLY)

  1. Email info@stylishsteps.shop
    Subject: “Start A Return”
    Include your order number, the item you’re returning, and the reason.

  2. If eligible, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.

  3. Print and affix the label and drop the package off.

If you choose your own shipping method, we will send a return form and instructions.
Returns using your own label are at your own risk.

OTHER RETURN NOTES

  • Opened, tested, or worn footwear/accessories are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds are processed in the currency of the original order. Store credit is available for exchange rate concerns.

  • Taxes are refundable; duties are not.

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the box, contents, and damage.

  2. Email: info@stylishsteps.shop
    Include your order number, damaged item(s), and photos.

Do not discard the box/items—they may need to be inspected.
Claims without evidence or discarded items are not eligible for refund/replacement.


LATE RETURNS

Items returned after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for a refund.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Opened/used items

  • Final sale merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Items labeled “non-returnable” unless faulty


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.


RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and approved.
Refunds exclude shipping costs (unless item was damaged/faulty) and return label fees.

Some items may ship directly from vendors. Your information may be shared with them solely for fulfillment purposes.
